Our meat is of the best selected quality: “Cinta Senese”. Our pasta is always freshly handmade. Pans of ragù meat sauce are kept in hot pizza ovens so that they cook slowly for several hours, in this way developing and maturing that delicious flavour which you will taste on your pasta. There are many other interesting combinations, such as our asparagus risotto with Brie cheese.


Our fish is always fresh and of the highest quality. We prefer not to elaborate the dishes too much because it is already perfect the way it is. So do try our platters of clams and mussels and our hors d’oeuvres with seafood flavours.


Pizza has always been the perfect alternative to a traditional dinner. We certainly don’t consider it a secondary dish, and are proud of our high quality and choice of ingredients, including normal and Buffalo mozzarella cheese.
